Gratitude isnāt just some feel-good practice.
Itās a literal game-changer.
Having a conscious and intentional way to practice Gratitude will change your life. Seriously.

Like the active meditations I regularly use to still my mind,
this class utilizes the same step-by-step construct for understanding a new practice and mastering a new discipline.

That reframe puts me into a āboth/andā energetic posture- so both things can be true.
I acknowledge the hardshipĀ
and then utilize Gratitude as the reframe to alter my Energetic Space.
Thereās another ever-so-helpful Gratitude Hack for those times that you just canāt sort yourself out.
Typically, I think hacks are for hacks
but this one actually works.
