There are times when it all comes undone.
The puzzle kicked.
The castle crumbled.

You know the mess won’t last forever.
The heart is made of muscle.
It will eventually heal 💙🙏💙

There is still magic to be witnessed and other beings to love, and be loved by 🐾

But knowing and grieving can be simultaneous...
So for now- I sit with the moon.

I tell her my tales.
I give her my secrets to hold tight.

Times like now I need things held tight. 
I need to be told that everything will be alright 🌙
